TEHCHNICOLOR + DREAMWORKS

MGO MOVIE & TV STREAMING

Making Entertainment Effortless

M-GO was formed by Technicolor, a worldwide technology leader in the media and entertainment sector, in partnership with DreamWorks Animation. Using various technologies, such as HTML 5, Java, C++, etc. etc, we set out to design and build an entertainment app that lets you organize your digital collections, discover new content, and purchase digital movies and TV shows from many popular studios. Since your entire library exists in the cloud, it is accessible from anywhere and any device. Following its release, the digital solution gained more than 1.5 million active users within the first 2 months and was deemed “the Amazon of media."

My role in this product was user experience design, creative direction, and UI Design. I also managed a team of designers to help create the product in multiple verticals including TV, IOS, Android, and Web.

UX Design & Strategy

Before getting into the nitty-gritty of everything, I worked on defining the user experience documentation and the strategies behind those experiences that eventually shape and become the driving principals for the evolution of the product.
